Biography :

Enlisted at Leicester. Served with the 8th Bn during World War One. Died of wounds in France and Flanders campaign 15.1.1916, aged 24. He is buried at Humbercamps Communal Cemetery Extension, Pas de Calais, France.

One of three brothers who died during WWI - see Frank Albert Glover 14.7.1916, aged 21, and Arthur Glover 22.3.1918, aged 24.
