Commissioned into the Regiment May 1911. Later served in World War One with the 2nd Bn. Posted to 'D' Company 8.10.1915. Takes over command of 'B' Company 1.12.1915. He died on 6.1.1916, and is commemorated on the Basra Memorial, Iraq.
