Home address given as Rickmansworth. Enlisted at Watford. Served with the 7th Bn during World War One. Killed in action France and Flanders campaign 19.4.1918, aged 19. He is buried at The Huts Cemetery, Ieper, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. Formerly 48766 Northamptonshire Regiment.

England, The National Roll of the Great War, 1914-1918 for J F Woollams: Pte 7th Leicestershire Regiment - he joined in January 1917, and after completion of his training served with his unit until drafted to the Western Front the following year. He was unfortunately killed on his first day of action near Ypres on April 19th, 1918, and was buried at Dicksbusch. He was entitled to the General Service and Victory medals. His memory is cherished with pride. 74 Norfolk Road, Rickmansworth.
