Biography :
Edward Wakeford was educated at Clifton College and Trinity College Cambridge. He served with 7th Battalion in World War One, first entering France 29.7.1915. Killed in Action at Bazentin Ridge on 14.7.1916, aged 22. He is buried at Flatiron Copse Cemetery, Mametz, Somme, France.
