Biography :
Attested at Leicester 19.9.1911 into the Special Reserve and served with the Leicestershire Regiment before and during World War One. Entered France 9.11.1914 and was killed in action 1.10.1917, aged 23. He is buried at Hooge Crater Cemetery, Belgium. See also entry for Ernest Wade 10830, same person.
