Married at All Saints' Church, Cossington 21.11.1916 when occupation showed Private in Leicester Regiment. on 21.11.1916. The service was conducted by The Rector H Stewart. Occupation of bridegroom is shown as Private in 5th Leicester Regiment. Fathers: James Kirkby Farmer and Samuel Bishop, Stone Mason. Witnesses: William Wallis & Gladys Isabel Kirkby.

Marriage Certificate: Harold Kirkby - age 24 & Alice Bishop age 26 were married in The Parish Church of Cossington.
